What should I do if there is a problem with my order?

I am unable to proceed with payment and my order status is PENDING. How do I proceed?
Kindly contact us immediately by emailing us at enquiries@karva.sg and our customer service representatives will assist you with your order.

What is your shipping, return & exchange policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. You will receive your purchase within 3-5 business days via our third party logistic company. - Return & Exchange policy applies to only on original priced products. Products on sale are not applicable to any returns or exchanges - with the exception of manufacturing defects/wrong items issued. Items must be unopened, unwashed, unaltered, with original tags and packaging intact.

Size Matters (Siti Khadijah only)
Exchanges must be within 7 calendar days upon in-store purchase or upon receiving your orders. - You may exchange to other available sizings/colours of the same design, OR to another item of the same value or more. Alternatively, you may drop by in-store located at Golden Landmark.

Manufacturing Defects/Wrong Items Issued
Return to us the defective/wrong products and we will replace it for you. - Should the item be unavailable, you may select alternative pieces of the same product value or more. Top-up is required for exchanges of a higher value.
- Returns & Exchanges of defective/wrong products issues, courier fees will be borne by us.
- The below listed will not be considered defects and therefore, not eligible for returns and exchanges
- Difference in measurements by 0.5"-0.75" due to mass production
- Chalk markings on telekungs - water soluble produced during mass productions and will dissolve upon washing
- Slight difference in colour due to studio lighting
- Variation in prints placements

Can I bring my son for a hair cut?
Yes, your son is allowed in the salon as long as he is 7 years old and below.

Are your prices inclusive of GST?
All Karva Salon for ladies goods and services prices display are inclusive of GST

How do I reschedule my appointment?
You are encouraged to call or WhatsApp the salon to reschedule. Alternatively, please send us an email at enquiries@karva.sg.

What are your payment terms?
We accept cash, Nets, Visa, Mastercard, GrabPay, Paynow, Shopback Pay Later & Atome

What are your purchased terms?
Our products, package & services sold are non-refundable

May i walk-in without any appointment?
Walk-ins are most welcome. However, to avoid waiting time, it’s recommended to book your appointment ahead. Should you require further assistance on booking, you may also WhatsApp at +65 91185602

I have a difficulty in explaining the style I want. What can I do?
We suggest that you show our stylist a picture reference that best illustrate the style and look that you’d like. However, it also depends on your inherent condition.

Is your hair services safe for pregnant ladies?
We have welcomed numerous expecting Mummies in their 2nd trimesters, doing Hair Colour, Treatments, Nails & Scalp services. Should you have doubts, its best for you to consult your Gynaecologist.

Are your hair colours Wudhu friendly?
Yes. Our hair colours are water permeable and made using plant based ingredients

Does your full head colour includes bleaching?
Full head colours does not include bleaching. However, you may add on for bleaching which is additional $40-$60

Can i achieve ash blonde or ombre colours if i take up full head colour service?
These colours mentioned above falls under Creative Colours. It requires bleaching or termed as pre-enlightening and this service requires approximately 4 hours. Full head colours does not include bleaching or any Creative Colour techniques.

How do I know if a certain look falls under creative colour or full head colour?
We suggest that you prepare several images prior to your #karvadate. Alternatively, you may WhatsApp or DM us on our Instagram.
NAILS FAQ

Is your nail polish water permeable?
Yes, it is certified water permeable, halal and vegan.

Do you have nail extension?
Currently we do not offer nail extensions but will keep you posted if we do.

How long does your manicure or pedicure last?
With a proper home care, it should last up to 3 weeks.

Can I book for mani pedi for 3 pax at one go?
We have limited Manicurist at every outlet. The 3rd guest may have her nails done after the second guest completes her service.
E-VOUCHER FAQ

How do I redeem my e-vouchers?
You will receive an email on confirmation & details of your E-voucher. Present it to our outlet with your Name, HP & Order number upon check-in at our salon

How do I confirm if I receive my E-voucher details?
You will receive an email on confirmation & details of your E-voucher within 2-3 working days from date of purchase.

Must I make an appointment to redeem my E-voucher?
Yes, it is compulsory to make an appointment

Will E-voucher mail out to my shipping address?
As E-voucher is not a physical voucher, Hence we do not mail out E-voucher.

Can I redeem my E-voucher on any day?
E-vouchers are not applicable to redeem on Weekends & Public Holiday
